For a single specimen You would need at least a 100 gallon tank, when it gets bigger something about 130 gallons! So these crabs are really nothing for the small tanks You got there.
Even for the Gecarcinus crabs (Halloween crabs) 10 gallons would be way too small.
Regarding crabs in Hongkong we have no information here, sorry. But some people from China and Hongkong are reading here and maybe they post some info for You.
